Pet Policy

No pets of any kind are allowed anywhere on the property with the exception of fish/turtle/reptile/amphibian in a fish aquarium no larger than 10 gallons or hamsters/gerbils in a self-contained environment. This no pet policy includes "pet-sitting" and guest pets. $100 service charge for each violation. More than two violations during the Agreement term may result in the termination of your tenancy. If an unauthorized pet is discovered on the premises, the Roomer shall immediately seek authorization of the Landlord for the pet and if Landlord authorizes the pet the Roomer shall pay any and all necessary pet rent and security deposit immediately. For the purpose of assessing the amount of said rent and deposit the Roomer agrees that such amounts shall be calculated as though the pet was present on the Premises on the first day of Roomer’s Agreement term and shall take the form of additional rent to be added to Roomer’s next scheduled rent payment. Assistance or companion animals are not pets. Assistance or companion animals are governed by Landlord’s policy on reasonable accommodations.
